Attention families: Conditioning will be Monday and Wednesday from 6:00-7:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00-9:30 AM. It will go from June 8th thru July 11th or 18th giving kids a couple of weeks off before practice starts. We will be working on conditioning, agility, speed, and some skill work. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to start building relationships with coaches and teammates and get acclimated to working out in the heat! Please dress in cool, athletic shorts and shirts, and bring a water bottle. Some water will be available. We will be in the northern area toward the back of Jesse Owens park(not our usual practice areas). See you there! Go Wildcats!
