The following is the agenda for Wildcats Youth Football & Cheer Spirit Night:
4:00 pm -5:00pm – Team Booth / Table setup (You may arrive earlier if needed). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES PARKED ON THE FIELD. You may drive your vehicle on the field to unload & reload but quickly remove. NO CARS/TRUCKS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT PER PARKS & REC.
4:45pm SHARP – Cheer and Football Teams to report to the small baseball field #8 and prepare for line order announcements.
The teams will be announced in the following order:

5:00 pm – Team Parade and Introductions onto the big baseball field.
5:15 pm – Introduction of Executive Board / Regular Board members
5:30-8:30pm- Spirit Night Festivities

Flag Blue FB: Traveling Tacos
Flag Red FB: Spirit Cups
8U Cheer: Mexican Tostitos
8U FB: Chimichanga Plates, Face Painting & Cupcakes
10U Cheer: Hot Dog & Hamburger Plates, Cotton Candy, Gift Card Raffle, Pretzel & Marshmallow bags & Fish Bowl Toss
10U FB: Bubble Balls
11U FB: Pizza & Jail & Spirit Jewelry
12U Cheer: Wings, Cheer Bows & 50/50 Raffle
12U FB: Pulled Pork Sandwich Plates, Eegee’s & Silent Auction
13U FB: Street Tacos, Kona Ice Truck & Dunk Tank
14U Cheer: Super Nachos & Cake Walk
You must provide your own power; generators & gas grills are permitted. PLEASE bring garbage bags for your own use around your booth/tables. PLEASE clean up your area and surrounding area of trash before leaving for the evening!!! Also, remember petty cash to start the night – we recommend 50 – $1 bills to start.
Please understand that there may be delays and or schedule modifications, your flexibility are appreciated. Teams arriving late due to scrimmages will be introduced later in the evening by our President.
